Holi Embodied is a lifestyle...
...a whole new way of being.
Holi Embodied is a place where you are safe to reconnect and reflect. A place where you explore your inner sanctum to discover what has been collected within, release what you no longer need or retrieve what you might have left behind.
It is a place where you get re-member your wholiness and return home to yourself.
Hello beautiful soul!
My name is Sanchia and I'm a trauma-informed, Holistic Bodywork Therapist, Energy Worker, Sound Therapist, Somatic Movement Facilitator, Soul Guide and Wellness Coach.
Deeply connecting and caring for others is an integral part of my being and so I find my highest joy in being able to connect with others in a way that elevates them to embody the healthiest, brightest, most balanced version of themselves.

Holi embodied was birthed as a place for people to feel safe to open up, enquire, and embrace all that is living within them, to be of support to transform what is no longer useful.
A space for come home to themselves and their oneness…
their wholeness.

From the cradle of Holi Embodied, I support people on their journey in reconnecting to their core essence, their source power, their light or to simply help them shine brighter.
