Neuro-Myofascial Repatterning
The nervous system is a network of delicate threads, enabling you to you sense and receive a constant stream of information about your inner and outer worlds. So it's perhaps not so surprising at how easily it can be disrupted by the rush of modern lifestyles.
The relentless pace of daily life, filled with endless tasks and digital noise, can overwhelm this fragile system. Similarly, an upbringing marked by instability or lack of emotional support can leave lasting imprints, causing the nervous system to remain in a state of high alert. When this inner harmony is disturbed, it's as if a storm sweeps through a peaceful forest, unsettling every creature within.

This dysregulation manifests as chronic stress, anxiety, restless nights, and even physical ailments like persistent headaches and digestive woes. It disturbs our inner peace, strains relationships, hampers productivity, and drains the joy from our days, leaving us weary and disconnected.

Yet, within each of us lies the power to restore balance.
A flexible, regulated nervous system is like a serene, flowing river, guiding us through life’s challenges with grace and resilience. It allows us to remain calm amid turmoil, recover our strength swiftly, and connect deeply with others.
In Neuro-Mysofscial Repatterning we focus on releasing restrictive holding patterns and re-cultivating a flexible nervous system, by guiding it to a profound state of relaxation whilst engaging with the deep fascial system of your body.
In somatic psychology, the subconscious mind is the bridge to the reservoir of all our unconscious thoughts, behaviours, and patterns, which shape our reactions and feelings in various situations. These unconscious elements shape our reactions and feelings, subtly influencing the movements within our body, including the reactivity of our nervous system.

Neuro-Myofascial Repatterning is engaging in slow, mindful movement from a place of relaxation and comfort so that we can gently target the deep fascia, releasing areas that have become restricted.
These restrictions often bind us to unserving movement patterns and emotional states that no longer serve our highest good.
By liberating these dormant or frozen parts of the body, we simultaneously free a portion of the subconscious mind that has been guiding these limitations, which offers a precious opportunity to uncover and understand the origins of these patterns and behaviours.
To safely explore the newfound space within your fascial system, we then enter a dreamtime meditation. Here, we observe what aspects of the subconscious mind have opened in connection with the body parts we have worked on and welcome whatever emerges with compassion and curiosity, whether it be visions, images, real or symbolic, colors, sensations, sudden knowings, or realizations.
To intergrate the session, we conduct a Somatic Psychology Protocol, reflecting on the entire experience of the exercises and meditation. Drawing inspiration from Carl Jung’s dream analysis, internal family systems, the works of Byron Katie and other introspective psychology practices, we explore the insights gained.
Through this holistic work, we become deeply connected to our internal communication network, which is intricately linked to the greater web of life around us. By nurturing this connection, regain agency over your system from a place of comfort and compassion, embracing and embodying a lighter, clearer version of yourself.
