Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALS A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend/host an appointment with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will incur a fee of €25. If the appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of the confirmed time, the client will incur the full cost of the treatment. Please cancel your massage as soon as possible if a foreseeable event may prevent you from attending. If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice, because of a long-term medical condition that varies from day to day, or because you are more than 37 weeks pregnant, then cost implications can be discussed on a case by case basis. An invoice for any cancellation / ‘no show’ charges will be sent to you by email for payment by bank transfer within 7 days. Payment must be received before any further massage bookings can be taken. Late Arrivals/Delayed Start: Missed time cannot be made up by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
