through guided meditation and one-on-one exchange of Thai Yoga Massage.

What is Duo Yoga Massage?

A way to experience the wonders that Nuad Bo Rarn as to offer on a regular basis in a relaxed and light hearted group setting.

During a class participants are guided through a short grounding meditation helping us reconnect to the body by tuning into the breath. From here we flow into a dynamic 2-part sequence of acupressure massage & assisted, passive yoga stretches that is Nuad Bo Rarn (Thai Yoga Massage). 

The massage sequences vary from class to class to keep the sessions fresh and fun, with a consistent focus on releasing tension and energy blocks in the body, increasing flexibility and maintaining good mobility.
All movements and positions are performed & received whilst maintaining awareness of our breath as this activates the para-sympathetic nervous systems allowing us to relax deeply, find space with ourselves and holistically reintegrate our 5 bodies (physical, energetic, mental, emotional & spiritual) back into ONE.  


Life balance classes are designed to be accessible to all, no matter your fitness or flexibility level and at a fraction of the cost of an individual treatment, you can attend the classes to multiple times a week to learn to give and receive caring, compassionate massage. Whether you come to the class with someone you know or pair up with another participant in session, it's a wonderful gift of relaxation that will leave you feeling renewed and restored.

Very nice addition to Onefit, giving a massage is even a bit of a workout, receiving the massage is really nice. Sanchia is lovely, very attentive and also funny.
